Thanksgiving!

Thanks to the incompetency of the UK Border Agency (no visas) , we were unable to make our (almost annual) Thanksgiving trip to Germany to be with our friends. It was highly annoying and sad, but there was nothing we could do. Thank God our friends, the Haganders, invited us over at the last minute. We had a great day cooking together and eating. Plus, Bella has so much fun with the kids so God took care of us as He always does!

Scavenger Hunt

Also, back in November, we went to our nearby forest to go on a Nature Scavenger Hunt. One of Bella's friends got her a WONDERBOX for her birthday. Basically, its an educational company that sends a themed box every month with fun, creative things to do. The first one was themed around Nature. One of the activities had a little pouch and a bunch of cards which labeled things she had to find in nature. It was so much fun....but cold...so we didn't get a chance to finish.
