Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve was similar to most. We had dinner, then went to Church and came home to open a few gifts. Bella insisted on wearing these ruby red glitter shoes she picked out at Target so I had to kind of change up her Christmas dress. Since when does a two year old get to choose? Ha!

The shoes that were "So Pretty" that she had to have.
When we got home from Church, Bella started opening some presents from Mommy, Daddy and Nana. If you have been reading, you know she is obsessed with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. These were a couple of cars and figurines of Mickey and Minnie.
Auntie Sissy always gets Bella her Christmas Eve PJ's. Although Auntie already left, Bella opened her jammies and as you can see, she loved them.....
Changed into the PJ's, which are Mickey Mouse and Minnie kissing under the mistletoe. Here is Bella playing with her cars.

Christmas Light Spectacular
On our second night in Arizona we went to Winterhaven (instead of the Zoo lights this year). Winterhaven is a huge neighborhood that has been doing Christmas lights for 50+ years. Al l you do is bring a donation of cash or food for the food bank. It was fabulous and really got us all into the Christmas Spirit, plus it raised thousands for charity. I, personally, have never seen such a great display of creativity. Here were a few of our faves.

The next 5 pictures were ONE house! It was amazing!

This house got Best Special Effects and we sat there and were like, "This isn't that cool." Then, when we walked back, the "show" started. It was set to music and there were fountains that were set off and lasers.... all of the lights you see flashed in different ways to the music. It actually was very impressive, even though the picture is lame.
Is It Really You, Santa?
Aunty Sissy was able to get Santa Claus on her blackberry all the way from the Noth Pole. Bella was mesmerized.....especially after Santa told her she would be getting the purple bike she said she "needed".
When she hung up, she turned to Aunty Sissy, still with a "deer in the headlight" look on her face and in the most monotonic voice, said, "I get the bike."
Hey, if Santa says it.....it's golden!
