Pumpkin Patch
This year I was able to go with Bella and her class to the pumpkin patch. We didn't get a chance to go as a family so going with her class was a special treat. She pretty much doesn't do cold at all so she wasn't that thrilled to be there. She picked her pumpkin, ran around a bit, and then was ready to call it a day. It was fun for me though because it was my first "field trip" with my baby.

Bella is Two!!!!
On October 26th, our darling little one and only turned two. I can't believe it....I really can't. We had a little celebration at her little birthday buddy's house for dinner and cupcakes (pictures to come) and opened a few presents. However, becaused Curtis was involved in a big inspection, we postponed the great big celebration with friends until November 6th. Here are a few pictures of some of the her excitment as she opened presents.

Later that night, she opened a light up paint set from mommy and daddy. Very excited!
Then, her very own laptop from mommy and daddy so she can work on hers while we work on ours.
She particularly likes the music we downloaded onto her laptop. She was groovin.
Then, she moved the dance show into the kitchen!

Bella has been wanting to pick her bows. Here are her selections. You'll see from the above pictures and below pictures that I talked her back into the green flower. Phew!

"Reading" her birthday card from Jolie, Kendal and Aaron.
She was very excited when she saw a "Pretty dress" from Kendal, Jolie and Aaron.
She had to try and put it on.
There was more..."pants" and "bows" Thank you Jolie, Kendal and Aaron!
"Reading" her card from Aunt Cacky and Jo Jo "Its two"
Here she is the morning of her birthday before school!
Later that night, she opened a light up paint set from mommy and daddy. Very excited!

Wild Encounters
It was an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful weekend so we packed up and headed to the zoo. We've been to one here but decided to take Bella to another one. It was about an hour away called Colchester Zoo. It was one of the best I have ever been to. It was very open and you walked through the animals on bridges and paths. Bella had a ball. She loves animals. It was just gorgeous.
This baby chimpanzee came straight over to Bella and they just stared at each other for a while. I am not sure who is the bigger monkey!
Bella spotted the tiger. She's never seen a white one before so she was a little perplexed.
Ms. Bella ready for the ride.

Korean Princess
A friend of mine in Korea (Thanks Quinten) sent this traditional Korean hanbok to Bella when she was born. Although it is Korean custom to wear at their 1st birthday, it was way too big so now that she is almost 2, I thought she could try it on. She thought it was so "pretty" and really walked like a princess. We had a fun little photo shoot. I love this little girl to bits.

The World According to Bella
I wanted to start a new section in our blog because Bella always has these one liners that describe the way she views life. So, if you need some sound advice about the way the world works, check this out.
1. When your parents are busy, big girls have to entertain themselves.
2. Sometimes when 3-year-olds dance, they get hurt.
3. Big girls eat every thing off their daddy's plate.
4. I can remember because I am 4 now. 4-year-olds can remember EVERYTHING, mom.
5. When you get cold, just shake your booty and you will warm up.
6. Princesses always dance to slow music. Did you know that?
