Wild Encounters

It was an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful weekend so we packed up and headed to the zoo. We've been to one here but decided to take Bella to another one. It was about an hour away called Colchester Zoo. It was one of the best I have ever been to. It was very open and you walked through the animals on bridges and paths. Bella had a ball. She loves animals. It was just gorgeous.

This baby chimpanzee came straight over to Bella and they just stared at each other for a while. I am not sure who is the bigger monkey! Bella spotted the tiger. She's never seen a white one before so she was a little perplexed.

Then, she started acting like the wild animals.

Bella got as close as she could to her favorite little meerkats. Bella couldn't believe her eyes---a giant Merky chair!!! Daddy and Bella just made their Lion noises after watching the Lion.

Daddy and Bella checked out the elephants. Then, Bella was more interested in the sky. Mommy with the love of her life.

No fear. She just climbs on everything now!
