Curtis has always been a University of South Carolina Gamecock fan. In fact, he keeps up with their website daily. (a man thing I will never understand) Well, while we were in SC, we watched their baseball team (on TV because they were in Omaha) win the National Championship for the second time in a row. But, once they got back to SC, they had a parade for them downtown on Friday, July 1st. So, I am a HUGE bandwagon girl. We went out and got our gear so we could support those Gamecocks. When in Rome, right? It just so happened that at the same time of the parade, Arlen (my nephew) was playing a baseball game in THEIR stadium. So, we were double excited. As it turned out, we never got to the parade, but we had a blast watching Arlen and checking out the amazing USC stadium. Go Gamecocks!
