The Jumpitz with Logan

Last Thurday, we had special day with my friend Jessica and her son Logan. Logan and Bella were born on the same day only 2 hours apart. We started off the day at the Community Center watching a perfromance by the Jumpitz. The Jumpitz is a group that sings and dances. They're on an AFN commercial. They travel around to different bases and teach about healthy choices and things. I thought they were neat but Bella girl woke up on the wrong side of the crib that morning and didn't know what to make of the color coordinated fivesome.

Jessica and Logan
The one and only Jumpitz.
Bella AKA Grump Dog was watching the performance. I forgot to tell her that smiling was allowed. OOPS!
Grump Dog decided to try to move just a tad to the music but smiling was still out of the question. This is a classic picture. They both went and stood by each other but that was about all we were going to get. This cracks me up. Logan is standing so proper and straight trying to do what his momma told him and Bella is like, "I'll stand here momma, but you can't make me smile."
The kids got autographs and got to take a photo with The Jumpitz. Logan held onto his autographed picture like it was worth a million bucks and Bella was still wondering what was going on.
After the show, we went back to our house for some lunch and playing. It was great to catch up with Jessica while the two played. For the most part, they played side by side, but there were a few moments where they interacted. Logan was the best play date. He was on his best behavior and so much fun.
What? What? Could it be? Yes, a SMILE! Finally, the Bellster decided to have some fun!
Mud always brings kids together!
At the end of the day, we were saying our goodbyes and Logan and Bella were coming in for the goodbye hug and kiss......................
And boy, did she plant one on him......ahhhh, what little sweeties. (now had she been a little bit older, da-da might have gotten out the shotgun..ha-ha)

Thank you Lord for a beautiful day!
